Rosa is a Multilingual Learner (MLL) teacher at Rowayton Elementary School in Norwalk, CT, where she’s been teaching since 2019. Rosa was born and raised in Honduras and a native Spanish speaker, and holds a Master’s in Reading and Language Arts, a TESOL K–12 certification, currently working toward her Doctorate in Second Language Instruction. She is passionate about creating inclusive and engaging learning experiences for multilingual students and supporting families within the school community. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling to different countries, and you can often find her at Club Pilates :)
