thursday nights

The Green’s Farms High School Youth Group gathers on Thursday evenings throughout the school year. It's a time filled with fun activities, connecting with friends and leaders, and engaging in meaningful discussions about life and faith. Cell phones are collected in a “cell phone box” for fun and distraction free gatherings.

mission trip

The highlight of the year for GFC high school students is our summer mission trip. The week of June 21-27, 2026, Icthus heads down to Rio Grande Valley in South Texas to learn and serve alongside the local community through Border Perspective, a host organization and partner of YouthWorks.  Learn more about the 2026 trip here or reach out to Rev. Sophie Beal!

Sunday Mornings

Our high school students typically stay in the service on Sunday mornings but are called upon to help periodically with special projects like the middle school “Hungry Hearts” program.

  • Throughout the mission trip, I was struck by how competent and mature our students were. They would accomplish projects, problem-solve, encourage one another, uplift one another and even in disagreements, we remained bonded as a community.

  • “One of the moments I saw God this week was with our homeowner’s kids. The daughter gave me the biggest hug and she was so grateful for all the work that we did on their house. I feel like we were a really nice outlet for them in a time that they were struggling with their home.”
