Everyone is Welcome

Whether you grew up in church, have never been particularly religious, or are just starting a new exploration of your spirituality, welcome in the name of Christ’s grace, peace, and love.

How do I find the church?

We are in Westport CT, one block off the Post Road at 71 Hillandale Road, near Starbucks and Barnes & Noble.

What time are your services?

Sunday worship is at 10:00 am.

What do people wear?

Our congregation is of all ages and backgrounds, so it varies. Adults tend to ‘business casual’ and younger folk stick to ‘casual.’

What do you offer for kids?

We’re passionate about our ministries for children and youth.  On Sunday morning, families worship together for the first 10 minutes of the service. Then students Pre-K through Grade 8 head to classrooms. If you go with your child to class, then return to the service, you know where to pick up your child after worship.

What about infants and toddlers?

Lots of families with young children come to our church. We have a professionally staffed nursery. Or you are welcome to keep your infant with you during worship and, if you need to take care of your child’s needs, an usher can direct you to our Parlor where you can still hear the service..

What is a service like?

They last about an hour and include a children’s message, prayer together, music from our choir or soloists, a scripture and a relevant message from one of our ministers. The service finishes with an offering and music. Visitors are welcome, but not expected, to take part in the offering.

Will I have a chance to meet people?

After worship we gather in the Parlor or Social Hall or on the front lawn, depending on weather. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet people and get to know more about Green’s Farms Church.

Do you need special assistance for your Sunday visit?

If you have questions about special needs for a family member, or access to the church, call us on 203 227 2728.
If you are facing a personal struggle and would like to talk to a minister, reach out a minister, usher or staff member after the service.
